1. About TestEase

TestEase is an independent diagnostic test booking and home sample collection service operating in Rajkot, Gujarat. TestEase is not a laboratory and does not perform diagnostic testing. Samples collected by TestEase are handed over to a partner pathology laboratory in Rajkot, and diagnostic reports are issued by that laboratory.

2. Not medical advice

TestEase does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Diagnostic reports are for informational purposes and must be interpreted by a qualified medical professional. Always consult a doctor for medical concerns.

3. Booking and pricing

Prices for tests and packages are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Home collection visit charges are calculated based on the straight-line distance from our configured Rajkot service point. Applicable charges are displayed before you confirm your booking.

4. Your responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal, contact, and address information.
• Follow any preparation instructions (such as fasting) provided for your selected tests.
• Be available at the scheduled collection time, or inform us in advance if you need to reschedule.
• Not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's reports, or interfere with our operations.

5. Service availability

Service availability depends on your location and on our operational capacity. We may decline or reschedule bookings where necessary.

6. Reports and confidentiality

Reports are delivered privately to the patient. TestEase will not share your report with any third party other than as required by law or as authorized by you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TestEase's aggregate liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid by you for that booking. TestEase is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delays caused by the partner laboratory, courier, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
