How do I book a home sample collection?
Browse our tests or packages, add them to your selection, and choose a home visit slot. Our team confirms your booking and a trained collection staff member visits you at the scheduled time.
Are the prices shown final?
Yes. Test prices are shown upfront with no hidden charges. Home collection visit charges are based on the straight-line distance from our Rajkot service point and are displayed clearly before you confirm your booking.
Who performs the actual testing?
TestEase is an independent booking and home collection service. We are not a laboratory. All samples are handed over to authorized partner laboratories under written agreements, and the reports are issued by those laboratories.
How will I receive my reports?
Reports are delivered privately and securely. Once ready, you'll be given a secure way to access and download them. We never send reports publicly or share them with anyone other than the patient.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can contact us to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation and refund policy explains the applicable charges. If a collection staff member has already been dispatched, some visit charges may still apply.
Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests require fasting, and others don't. Each test page shows specific preparation instructions. If fasting is required, we'll also remind you when we confirm your booking.
